1. Returns for Store Credit:

  • We do not offer refunds for purchases. However, we do provide store credit for eligible returns.
  • Products returned within 7 days of the original purchase date may be eligible for store credit.
  • To be eligible for store credit, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

2. Defective Items:

  • We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, such as disposables or batteries, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Defective items must be reported and returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Once the defective item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened edibles and flower products are non-refundable.
  • Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened edibles or flower items.

5. Store Credit Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit to your Trippy Budz account.
  • Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any eligible products available on our site.
